Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the terms of use for the Specified Skilled Worker matching platform "Wisebridge" (hereinafter referred to as "this Site") operated by Office Wise Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the services provided through this Site (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). Various provisions presented within this Site (such as help and disclaimers) shall form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Content of This Service)
The content of this Service provided by the Company is as follows:
Job posting service
Viewing information of registered talent
Direct scouting service for specific talent
Contact and interview arrangement service with talent
Visa application and other onboarding support after job offer (optional service)
Other related incidental services
Article 3 (Formation of Contract and Agreement to Terms)
A contract with a corporate user is formed when the corporate user fills out the prescribed registration form and the Company approves it. Upon the formation of this contract, the corporate user is deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms.
Article 4 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to users. The revised Terms shall be effective from the time they are posted on this Site, and continued use after the changes shall be deemed as agreement to the changes.
Article 5 (Service Changes/Interruptions)
The Company may change, interrupt, or stop the content of the service without prior notice to users.
Article 6 (Usage Fees)
Usage fees for this Service shall only be incurred upon the successful establishment of employment, and specific fees shall be stated in a separate agreement.
Article 7 (Prohibition of Direct Negotiation)
Corporate users are prohibited from directly negotiating with and hiring registered talent without using this Service. In case of violation, the prescribed fee will be charged.
Article 8 (Job Offer Notification)
After deciding to hire, corporate users are obligated to promptly issue a job offer letter and report it to the Company.
Article 9 (Account Management)
Users shall manage their account information at their own responsibility and shall not transfer or lend it to third parties.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages or disputes arising in connection with the use of this Service.
Article 11 (Prohibited Acts)
Users are prohibited from the following acts:
Violating laws and regulations, infringing on the rights of others, or acts contrary to public order and morals
Providing false information
Acts that interfere with the normal operation of this Service
Article 12 (Service Termination)
The Company may terminate the provision of services if it deems it necessary.
Article 13 (Personal Information Protection)
The Company will handle personal information appropriately based on a separately stipulated Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights of the content included in this Service belong to the Company. Users may not use them without permission.
Article 15 (Termination of Contract)
In case of a breach of these Terms, the Company may terminate the contract without prior notice.
Article 16 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
Both the Company and users guarantee that they are not involved with anti-social forces.
Article 17 (Damages)
If a user causes damage due to a violation of these Terms, the user shall be liable for damages.
Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The governing law for these Terms shall be Japanese law, and the exclusive agreed jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the Tokyo District Court.
Article 19 (Consultative Resolution)
In the event of matters not stipulated in these Terms or any doubts arising, both parties shall sincerely discuss and aim for an amicable resolution.
